Cozy In Home Family Session

A family session especially in the comfort of your own home is something that I don’t think should be overlooked and here are the 3 reasons why!

1. Family sessions allow you to document growth! Many lifestyle sessions involve young families with little kids and don’t we all hear the saying far too often that “they grow up so fast”! Well a family session allows you to capture that growth and watch the progress they make as they grow. When your once little boy or girl are headed off to college you can look back on all these memories you had capture and see how truly fast they grew up but take joy in the memories you get to look back on forever.

2. Family sessions allow you to create & capture memories! Something that I try to do in each of my sessions is bring a favorite family activity into the shoot . Whether that be the parents reading a book to their little one, or taking the dog for a walk, or playing outside, I try to incorporate real life into their session so it becomes less about the photos are more about that memories that they are creating together, I just happen to be there to capture it for them. By doing something the family loves during your session you are also able to be more yourself in front of the camera allowing me to capture these sweet candid moments you’ve always wanted to frame.

3. Family sessions leave your legacy for future generations to cherish! Life happens at the blink of an eye. Family photos have a way of bringing us back in time and allow us to reminisce on people who have come and gone and cherish those times you had together. You and your family deserves to be documented and preserved for future generations. Documenting your family is the most precious thing I think we can do and I believe it leaves your legacy for your child to cherish for years and years to come.
